The proposed solution designed by Smart Offices included video conferencing equipment, in-ceiling speakers to transmit sound throughout the space, and dual displays at the front and rear of the room so that content is viewable by everyone. A custom programmed Crestron control panel manages room controls and allows for meeting set up with the touch of a button.
A Roku streaming stick paired with a soundbar mounted below a display makes the Waiting Room a comfortable space to easily view content.
Waiting Room at AGC
The large conference room/training room is equipped with a conferencing camera and beam tracking ceiling microphone for supporting online video and audio conferencing.
The audio content for the room can be selected from the control system from any of the inputs and mixed with the room microphones to be heard over the in-ceiling speakers.
This new set-up in the large conference room/training room allows AGC to set up large meetings with video conferencing almost instantly.
The custom programmed Crestron control panel gives them full access to all necessary settings and makes starting a meeting as easy as pressing a button on the interface.
Strategically distributed speakers throughout the room ensure the presenter is always heard, and dual displays at the front and rear of the room guarantee that presentations are visible anywhere in the space.
Installation of a Roku streaming stick in the waiting room is included for online content. The LG 50″ UHD Display will be used here, with sound output through the customer’s sound bar.
